I won't know as having 3 boys but all my pregnancy were slightly different apart from carrying the same , same type of craving ( cleaning products ) and having a high sex drive *blushes*.

With all my boys I had no sickness and a ridiculously high sex drive and with my girls I was the total opposite puking for england and looking at the OH like he was the devil himself! I had bleeding all the way through with the girls and none with the boys, maybe some sort of hormone thing ??

So for me there were definitley differences and they occured with each same sex pregnancy adding to that both the girls births were dodgy to, one emergency section for APH and one 36 week induction for Obstretic cholostasis, boys relatively natural x

With my boys, I had horrendous morning sickness for the first 14 weeks, and migraines all the way through.

With my girls, I put weight on straight away, and lost my appetite. I remember with DD1, I lived on tinned tomatoes and toast for the entire pregnancy. And it was only with the girls that I had a low lying placenta until 35 weeks (DD1 and DD3).
