Personal statement for a job - would you mind looking?

I know it's not midwifery or uni related but I really want to atleast get a interview.

I am applying for a job of a nursery nurs via nhs jobs so have to fill in a supporting statement.

Would anyone mind looking at it for me? I'll send you the job specification as well so you can see if I have covered all the relevant critera for the application form.
