It depends how much information they are looking for. For volunteering I would probably stick with what you can offer them (skills, communication, etc) and what you hope to gain (interpersonal experience, greater insight into healthcare, etc).

Thankyou that's what I've included. There's a section where do you want to volunteer and why and a relevant knowledge skills and interest box too.
